XD, today napfa was niceeeeeee =D cant believe i improved soooooo much!!!!!!!! =D p.s. im not boastingcan't believe sit up can improve till 43!!! =D pri sch only can do like 30. i think bcos of yoon n nan xi thx 2 them, luv ya both!!! i c nan xi do 41 n yoon do 40 i very bu shuang... so i chiong k, i admit my shuttle run sucks, but... last time my shuttle run always get D, now get B i super duper happie!!! no nid get sliver liao=) cos gold mus get all at least a C grd n add up 21 pts. if my 2.4 get at least C dan i get gold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah =) sbj jus 1cm can get A liao!!! 1cm!!! i was damn pissed... the si yoon got 195cm for sbj?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! she kanasai, y so pro?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! n 30 for incline?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! beat me by 2!!! =3= during the whole napfa we were observing C.C.
